Studio One is a 1,600 square foot creative workspace split into 3 main areas. Each space is included with your rental and designed to be used for photoshoots, video shoots, private office space, coworking, and meetings.
Our 3-space design breakdown:
The Main Studio- A massive open layout featuring beautiful natural lighting and direct patio access . Equipped with various backdrops, textured walls, and crisp white walls. Hardwood floors throughout
The Private Office- A fully enclosed room located just inside to the left. Features a closing door for complete privacy during meetings, calls, or focused work. Large whiteboard for notes, lessons, etc...
The Kitchen Area- A dedicated offshoot space complete with a sink and cabinets. Plenty of additional room for staging, team breaks, or lifestyle shots. Two Bathrooms . Convenient and fully equipped for you and your clients.

Studio Policies
- All bookings must be paid in advance.
- Please leave the studio as you found it.
- No smoking or open flames inside the studio.
- Renters are responsible for any damage during their session.
- Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance for a full refund.

What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations made at least 48 hours before your session are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable.
